1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Reframed AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Reframed AI provides AI-powered photo restoration services, including image enhancement, colorization, damage repair, and full restoration. Our service uses artificial intelligence to process and improve uploaded photographs. Results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the original image.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your photos solely for the purpose of providing our restoration services. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process the photos
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Process images containing illegal content or depicting minors inappropriately
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service
- Use automated systems to access our service without permission
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
- Upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our merchant of record. Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis and auto-renew unless canceled. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer portal, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire for 12 months and are non-refundable. Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
The Reframed AI service, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service. Your restored photos belong to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that restorations will meet your expectations, be error-free, or achieve specific results. AI-generated colorization is an artistic interpretation and may not reflect historical accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframed AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
